Founder of Creative Custody Solutions, is a Clinical Psychologist and has held faculty appointments at Northwestern University and Harvard Medical School. While at Harvard, Dr. Tonkins developed the Police Action Counseling Team (PACT), a program pairing police officers with psychologists to respond to “911” calls involving children.  PACT was recognized by the White House for the program’s effectiveness in helping children exposed to trauma and violence. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Tonkins has compassionately treated children and families within a variety of traumatic and high-conflict divorce situations.
